Classes include:

Team Games
Building language skills through fun activities. This could include Boxing, tug of war, football, sprints, 3 in a row and more. and more!

Strength
Strength and HIIT classes to help build endurance and muscular development.

Vocal Yoga
Promoting calm, focus, and body awareness. We`ll use this for story telling, speech development, rhythm and breathing as well as all the usual dynamic movements as yoga entails.

Music & Dance Therapy
Enhancing movement, rhythm, and expression

Spin & Swim
Bike classes that we use to incorporate movements that build core strength and stamina.

Mindful Boxing
A great way to raise endorphins as well as learn timings and routines needed to execute these moves.
